1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Sealed sets only — we cannot accept returns for items with broken seals
  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Only the product cost will be refunded — original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos showing the damage or defect

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

5. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items with broken seals

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
